For your consideration we are offering used, reconditioned replacement “P” motors, these are a direct replacement for the original yellow colored motors in your cluster now. The “letter code” determines which gauge the motor will replace, the color of the plastic doesn’t make any difference.
These motors fit the oil pressure gauge for the following clusters with the letter code “P” on the motor…
1995-2002 Chevy Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, Avalanche, GMC Sierra & Yukon.
1998-2004 Chevy S10 Trucks, Blazer, GMC Sonoma, S-15 & Jimmy.
1998 – 2005 Buick Park Avenue.
Return your original air core motor back to us for a $20.00 rebate. You are responsible for shipping it back- USPS First Class, will be the cheapest option. The refund will be done when the core is delivered back to us.
WARNING: Please read the following… If your existing motor has a resistor pack attached to the 4 pins on the back it will need to be removed and installed onto this motor. When you transfer the resistor from the old motor to the new motor make sure you install it on the same exact configuration, pin for pin. Taking a picture to have a visual comparison of the old intact motor before you transfer the resistor may help you install it correctly on the new motor. If you don’t transfer the resistor, damage it or install it wrong the gauge will not operate correctly. The resistor is no longer available and we do not include the resistor with your purchase. Please have the vehicle properly diagnosed by a mechanic before purchasing this motor. These are brand new production GM motors, if this motor doesn’t correct your problem do not blame the motor, you have other problems in the vehicle. Installing these motors requires electronic knowledge working with delicate PC boards. This process involves removing all the pointers, once the pointers are removed the cluster will need to be be re-calibrated. This process should only be performed by a professional with the proper re-calibration experience and equipment. USDashworks WILL NOT be held responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly by the installation of these motors. We do not offer any technical support or instructions on the installation or calibration but we do have a service available to repair these clusters. If you have to ask for help, you shouldn’t be attempting the repair yourself. These should only be installed by a qualified cluster repair technician.
Returns… Returns for a refund are subject up to a 50% restocking fee, shipping fees are not refundable. Please be advised: If the product proves defective during the guarantee period, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred for diagnosis, removal, packaging and return shipping. The guarantee is effective from the day upon receipt of the product till the ending term of the guarantee period. In the unlikely event of product failure you are covered with this guarantee. This guarantee covers naturally occurring failures only. digital-dash-solutions recommends the Customer first utilize support with the product, product diagnostics, information contained via email or telephone support. If unsuccessful, to obtain service under this guarantee the customer must return the product for testing to determine of the defect before the expiration of the guarantee period. Customers will provide appropriate assistance to telephone support personnel or via email to resolve issues. Under no circumstances will digital-dash-solutions replace the product until these terms have been met.
